About

Small atelier. Sharp systems.

Atelium builds crafted operations software for teams whose real work has outgrown generic tools.

Atelium is a small atelier building crafted operations software for teams whose real work has outgrown generic tools.

The current bench is intentionally narrow: Workbench for AI work surfaces, and DocuSpot for document-heavy operations. Both products come from the same posture: fit the workflow, bound the automation, and leave the sludge outside.

We care about the unglamorous middle of the work: knowledge that should be findable, documents that should process themselves, and compliance that should be built into the system instead of stapled on after the fact.

Current bench

Two products, one standard.

Platform

Workbench

A unified AI work surface for chat, agents, notes, knowledge, and analysis behind one sign-in.

  • Unified chat and agents
  • Knowledge-aware workspaces
  • Notes and research trails
  • Provider and tenant control

Operations

DocuSpot

Document automation for operations teams: classify, extract, validate, and route documents without template theater.

  • Document classification
  • Field extraction
  • Validation profiles
  • Downstream sync

Principles

Useful first. Tasteful second. Ideally both.

Operator-led

The shape of the work matters more than whatever the vendor deck says should happen.

Bounded automation

Automation should have rails, memory, permissions, validation, and a visible way to recover when reality objects.

Small by choice

A narrow bench keeps the products honest. More software should probably try that.
